Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution asks that you
help protect Florida's ocean resources
(the environment, marine and plant life)
by purchasing one of the following specailty plates.

Help support the rescue and rehabilitation of sick
and injured dolphins. Provides important education
and research initiatives that increase awareness
about the need to protect wild dolphins and their
threatened coastal habitats.

Supports critical research, education, rescue and
rehabilitation efforts focused on conserving the 12
whale species that inhabit Florida waters,
including the Northern Right Whale-the most
endangered of all great whale species.

      Supports development of environmentally friendly
fish farming to meet the ever increasing demand
for affordable, healthy seafood and aquarium fish,
while reducing the need to harvest wild
populations, most of which are being depleted.

Supports research and education on plants, animals
and the environment in Florida's marine waters,
with emphases on the ecology of estuaries and
deep-water reefs that are essential to healthy
populations of fish and other marine life.

Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution, one of the world's
leading not-for-profit oceanographic research organizations,
headquartered in Fort Pierce, Florida, will direct proceeds from
these plates to marine exploration, research, conservation and
education.
